Disabled everything *misconfig*

I've been searching everywhere and I can't find anything that works. I disabled EVERYTHING in misconfig and now I can't login I get an error. I can't even get to the login option it just goes to the please wait (login loading page) then gives me the erro. Safe mode (f8) isn't working. I can't reset or recover that gives me an error as well. I also can't do anything with the system. Is there a way where I Can press like 3 magic buttons at once then it factory resets? I don't care what files I have on there. I have windows 8.1 on an hp laptop

Boot from the HP Win 8.1 Factory Recovery USB or DVD set you made before this happened.
Restore it back to out of the box condition.

Possibly make a new Win 8.1 install thing, from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8

This may or may not work with your HP OEM license.
