So my disk is always at 100% and it appears that it makes me lose games because my PC freezes in the middle of intense fights.I checked the site for solutions(close Spooler,Disable Windows search/superfetch) but those things don't work.I saw in Task manager that most of the time when the disk is at 100% there is a Process named Antimalware Executable Service,I don't know why it runs so freely when my antivirus is ON and I have my PC completely free of viruses. Please help me
Windows 10(laptop),8GB RAM,Intel 1-7 5500U,Nvidia 240M 2GB.

That process is for Windows Defender, so if you're running another antivirus you can probably disable it. If Windows Defender only protection, you can try adjusting the settings. Schedule scans for when you're not using it, and add all your games and so forth to the exception list so it won't keep rescanning them. Some people have said they had to add Windows Defender itself to its own exception list, due to some recursive scanning bug.

Your on the right track. Find out what that application service is, And shut it down, and disable. Or uninstall if you can find the culprit. Might be windows defender. Im not sure. Either way shutting it down will solve your problem.
