I get a message "the procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located in the dynamic link
library WINSTA.dll" when I try to do a restore point. Also, when I try to
run disk clean up, the process will start up showing scanning files, but
doesn't do anything but just sit there. It never does scan my computer.
What has happened to my system files and how do I correct it. I also got an
error message : "SRZ041011000114" Does anyone know what this is and what to
do about it? Thanks, Deb

Entry Point Not Found:
The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the Dynamic Link Library winsta.dll
Do a search for the sr.inf file which is normally located in C:\windows. Make sure
you search hidden files in your search criteria.
Right-click on the sr.inf file and select the install option – you may need your
WinXP CD.
