Question Disk D not working?

Disk D is working at 0 percent and is not recognized as a system disk. Apps are missing or not working. Can't even open google chrome and because of this is can't access my GPU and even update windows or it's drivers. What can I do?

System disk is usually C: Is that D separate disk or just a partition ?
