Disk Error Message on Startup

when computer starts after the PCI device listing I
receive this error message

Disk error
Press any key to restart

checked all the cds/dvd/and floppy drives
tried restarting all with no luck

any help would be greatly appreciated

It sounds like your hard drive isn't working.

Or the boot order has been messed with. Check your BIOS settings and
make sure that the Hard Drive is even showing up and that it is set to
the first boot device if possible. See if that helps the problem 😉
