Disk Event ID 154: "The IO Operation failed due to a hardware error

Hi everyone

I recently purchased a new hard drive for computer and since then i am keep getting critical process died or system service exception errors. I check even viewer and also notice "Disk Event ID 154: "The IO Operation failed due to a hardware error" which happening every single minute.

I replace it my old hard to check whether is it also giving me same error 154 or not to make sure its hard drive snd not motherboard. But my old hard drive didnt give me error 154.

I also ran seatools tests pass them. So i am confused what causing these error to occure.

I am really in great need of help

My computer specs:
Cpu: intel i7 6700 @3.4ghz

Gpu:nvidia gtx 1060 6gb

Motherboard: gigabyte h110m s2

Ram: 16gb ddr4 (2 8gb sticks)

Psu: iball marathon 500watt peak

Hardware error = get a new drive! It's as simple as that. If you keep messing around with what you have, you WILL experience data loss at some point. This is a new drive and may be replaceable under warranty but if its a chinese make, get a better brand.
