Hello,

We have a bunch of PCs with extremely large EFI partitions, over 120GB. Wanted to use Disk Genius to shrink it. When I run DG from Windows I'm able to apply settings and set new EFI partition size, but when confirmed, it asks me to reboot to WinPE environment. After reboot, I'm getting following error:

The cluster of a file is marked as free or cross linked with another file. File: \DGRebootRun.ini, Cluster number: 1079.

As far as I know, this file is created by DG itself. I have already tried to disable Fast Startup in Windows because I heave heard this might affect it, but without luck. Please advise how to resolve this error or, now to shrink EFI partition in other way.

Those may be an accumulation of System Restore Points. If you open the System Properties Advanced System Settings app and select the System Protection tab you can then select your disk and click the Configure button to see how much space is used by restore points. You can reduce the Max Usage amount if necessary.
