Hi I have a 2nd hand dell latitude 7490.
From past 2 months I am getting continuous BSOD.
Usually they are after startup when system lags and freezes.
I checked taskbar and disk usage goes 100% even when ideal after startup.
It gives BSOD usually showing Critical Process has Died.
After which it gives continuous BSOD and rarely boots me back normally.

The only fix is reinstalling windows but same issue happens after every 2or 3 days of fresh install.

Error are related to same code(0xc0000185) but only difference is that the program or file which are causing them changes.
UsbHub3.sys
ntkrnlmp.exe
ntdll.dll
Winload.efi

Things i have tried:
Installing Windows using dell Os recovery
Memtest for around 1-2 hrs but no errors
Disk utility programs like crystal disk to check disk health ( shows 100%)
I even ran linux mint on my dell ( it ended showing hd0 related error after 7-8 days)

Also I have a question
I ran crystaldiskmark when my storage was around half filled and it gave poor numbers.
Around 130 ig.
But when I ran crystaldiskmark after fresh install after installing all drivers around 12% storage filled it gave very good numbers ( 400+)
Is it okay?

Sorry I missed the post where you said you checked already. Ok how about memtest.

Have you tried to reseat the memory?

Is it ok or anything to worry about?
