Display Colour Issues

From the past 2 days, I am having this awkward issue with my Dell Monitor (LCD) It turns out to be quite bluish and when it comes to the main problem which is with the red colour, It fails to properly develop the red colour on screen, when I play online game i.e DotA It supposed to show red symbol for the game icon itself and the buildings with-in the game are red, but it is showing black instead.

None of my pins are bended nor anyone got broken, taken out blowed air in both of the connectors - nothing helped and when I tried a website of contrast, the red colour on the website is blinking every red thing (Text - Symbols - Icon).

Tr using a television or another monitor, this will narrow down the causes to the issue.

If the second screen works fine -> you need a new monitor

If the second screen has the same symptoms as the first -> you need a new graphics card.
