Mobo : Asus B150 PRO Gaming
CPU : Intel Core I5-6500
GPU : Asus Radeon RX470 4GB Strix
OS : Windows 10
RAM : G.Skill 32GB

Im planning on buying this monitor Dell Alienware AW2518HF . Will this monitor be able to achieve 240hz with this setup and a display port cable or a HDMI 2.0 cable?

Getting 240hz @ 1080p is not a problem. You can use both HDMI 2.0 or Displayport 1.2.
Getting 240 FPS in Games, this is another story. Your PC is not strong enough to get 240 fps on new heavy AAA games.
