Question Display Cutting Out

I've seen post with this problem but no solution has come up that's worked. So my question here is what could be the problem to my display cutting out? I ran a couple of test in two games and a benchmark so you can get a feel of whats going on.

Here is the test in FiveM (GTA 5) for 5 mins: https://pastebin.com/uATcdRR9
In FiveM I cut out 1 once and its in the start of the game.
Then in Fortnite I did another test: https://pastebin.com/wx3aTDv7
I cut out 46 times in 5 mins.

On both games are on max setting and Fortnite refreshing at 144hz and GTA at 165hz.

Motherboard: Intel H61
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400
GPU: AMD RX 580
Drive 1: Adata Premier SP550 240GB
Drive 2: WD Blue 320GB (2008)
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR3 1866 C10 2x8GB
Display: Sceptre E255B-1658A

Please add a summary of your current hardware.

If the rest of the computer seems to runs fine, it may be the GPU that have become defective.

Have you commit any changes to the computer (ie. replacing hardware components or updated drivers) prior to the problem started ?
Have the computer or any of it components being dropped to the floor or otherwise being treated roughly at some time?
