Question Display - dark images are blurred and pixelated.

Hi everyone,
first time here, I have a question... anyone else happens to have blurry and pixelated images on shadows or black scenes? I have a Newskill Icarus 24 165hz 1ms.

Everything seems perfect while gaming, the problem is only when streaming, the part of the video that has shades of black, or it's a dark scene, that part is pixelated.

I don't know if it's a monitor problem or what, I haven't found any topic online about it
So if anyone had the same problem and had some suggestions, thank you in advance.

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard?
