Question Display Dying but PC is Still Running

What could be the issue if my display keeps dying if I launch a game? I just played genshin impact and display would die. But I still can hear people on the discord and pc is still running but display would just say no connection:

Things I already Did:

1. Reseated RAM and GPU
2. Cleared CMOS
3. Check all cable connections if its connected properly
4. Turn off xmp on ram (cause I read somewhere maybe its the oc of the ram)
5. Used DDU to uninstall and reinstall graphic drivers
6. I read somewhere maybe because of GCC (Gigabyte Control Center) is auto OC my cpu so I uninstalled everything that came from GCC using BCU (Bulk Crap Uninstaller)
7. Change gpu port where my monitor is connected
8. Already done Mem Test on Ram
9. Already check if there is malware etc.
10. Already perform a chkdsk and sfc /scannow for corrupt files.
11. Lowered Monitor refresh rate to 144hz
12. Uninstalled dinkum
13. Tried only 1 Ram
14. Tried changing display cords
15. Rollback updates of windows

PC Specs
Mobo: Gigabyte B650M DS3H
GPU: Galax RTX 3060Ti
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x
RAM: Gskill Trident Z5 2x16 (32gb) DDR5 4800 mhz (XMP 6400 mhz)
PSU: Cooler Master 750W Bronze V2
Monitor: AOC 2G2SE 165 Hz Gaming Monitor

NOTE
-GPU and CPU Temps are fine
-Display started dying while I was playing the new update for Dinkum
-Already fix all the error logs in Event Viewer

"dying" would mean that the display has malfunctioned and is no longer working.
losing the input signal(GPU's output) will just result in a "No Signal" error on screen.
these would be two very different things.

try a different display.
if the same issue persists then it is the GPU's ability to output that is failing, not the display.

Change gpu port where my monitor is connected

also try switching from DP > HDMI / vice versa;
which ever you are using, try the other.

My apologies for the wording, english is not my 1st language. I already tried switching from dp and hdmi and the issue still persist. I forgot to mentioned that I tried using my iGPU to confirm it is not my gpu that is malfunctioning. I'm currently using the PC with 1 ram stick. I also read here to disable auto restarting cause when I switched to 1 ram only, displayed show no connection and then pc restarted itself.
