Display has flickering lines.

I've recently been having lines appear on the right side of my display. Restarting my pc fixes the issue only for it to reoccur maybe 3 days later. Not sure what the issue is, possibly GPU? Video showing problem: https://youtu.be/HV8iivQk99g Any ideas?

PC specs?

Does your PC have integrated video as well as a video card? If you remove the card, use the MB connection with CPU video and see if you still see video artifacts.
Do you have a second monitor you can swap in? Do you have another video cable you can test with -- if not then remove and re-install your current cable.

Are you using an analog connection (VGA, blue plug) or digital (hdmi, dvi, display port)?

Power Supply-Corsair CX 600W

No, I only have my video card. I'll try changing out my hdmi cable and see if it fixes it, only problem is it takes a bit for it to show. I don't believe the issue is with my monitor because restarting my computer fixes the issue.

??? " No, I only have my video card. " i5-4690K has integrated video. You have a connector on your MB. Remove the video card and try that.
