Question Display is all messed up, not sure why

Context: Left my sister to play on my laptop but once I got back to it I came back to this:

I want to add on top that now when I go onto Power Settings, I can only see Restart or Shutdown, no Sleep or the other options (Not sure why)

As well as that, on the third picture you can see that when I right click on Desktop I can't see Nvidia Control Panel or Display Properties.

And there also is no HDMI output when connecting to my TV

What has gone wrong?? I've downloaded the latest driver for my GPU just now but doesn't seem to have fixed it. Not to mention it seems that I can't even open Nvidia Control Panel.

That looks like a dying graphics card. No fix for that unless you send it back for a motherboard replacement. If you move around the display physically does it make anything change/ get worst if so could be the lcd cable.

I thought so too, is there any way to revert back to Intel graphics for now? I can't seem to find an option to do so. Moving the screen to different angles does not change the graphics no.

Moving the mouse/clicking on different areas causes the screen to change though

You might be able to go into device manager and disable the dedicated graphics.
