Display keeps turning off...

My Pc Specs are:
Intel core 2 duo E7400 2.8GHz
4GB RAM

I dont have gphx card but i play older games.... When I was playing games the display turns off. The monitor is showing 'no signal' but the pc is still running. The display returns after I restart the pc and when I was just browsing the internet, the same thing happened.

Plzz give me a solution....

What are the temps for your PC?
Also, what monitor are you using?
I don`t think your system should get this hot while browsing that it would cut the image, so it might be the monitor.

Also check the CPU cooler, matbe it`s not cooling properly, but this should be reflected in the CPU temp.

My CPU temp are 35-45 C and my monitor is acer X193HQ. I check the CPU cooler and it is properly fixed...
