Hi all I hope you're well, I'm new to the forum so excuse the formatting!
I am having some intermittent issues with my displays (2). Basically, when I turn my PC on, on occasion, I am having to reset my CMOS battery in order to get my displays to "find signal" and turn on when my PC does as they display nothing and the PC appears to boot just fine. I have tried a different GPU and found the same issue. I am just wondering, could this be a faulty MOBO or the PSU?
I purchased the mobo from OCUK who I always go to for PC parts. I've never, ever had an issue. I have contacted them and they even scratched their heads, they have offered a return and replace if needed but I'd rather try fix the issue than be without my PC for a few days as I rely on it for not only gaming, but work too. I've listed my specs below. Any suggestions are welcome. I just need to resolve this issue.
CPU: Intel i7-9700k @ 3.6GHz - Base clock.
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC (RGB Series)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro - 16GB DDR4
GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 2060 STRIX
CPU Watercooling: Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM SE (Hydro Series)
Audio: FiiO Q1 - DAC
Case: NZXT S340 - White
Storage: 240GB SSD - Windows Boot
Storage: 1TB Western Digital Hard Drive
Storage: 2TB Seagate SSHD
PSU: Corsair RM850W + Gold Certified Fully Modular PSU
Display: HP 27f 27" Monitor @ 75Hz (OC)
Display: ACER S1 Series S271HLCBID 27" Monitor @ 70Hz (OC)
If you need any further info to help you with a suggestion / fix, please feel free to let me know.
Many thanks in advance!
