Display not showing anymore

hello there,
my friend has a pc intel pentium4 ht
2.8ghz ht
1gb ram in two stick's ddr2
40gb hard drive
915 mobo
no video card
psu 250 watts i think,

now the problem is when i turn on pc, the cpu and moniter is start up but showing nothing only black screen i remove both stick's of ram then put it again but same result it has no videos card just built in vga 128mb even i remove cpu also but nothing change any help pleasssssseeeee..

Try removing the HDD.Sometimes old HDD can cause problems during POST.Also is your PSU working properly??

ok i will remove but yes psu is working properly.
