Display picture worse after cpu upgrade help

I recently purchased an AMD A8 7600 to upgrade my A4 6300, after I installed it and booted up my computer the display was very pixelated compared to before, the icons where bigger on the desktop and the toolbar icons didnt even fit so you have to use an arrow to cycle between 2 pages of icons, I also noticed my screen saver wasn't fittng.on screen anymore, please help.
Specs: A8 7600 apu
Gtx 1050 gpu
Asus A68HM-E mother board
8 gb Ballistix ram
500W power supply

You'll need to reinstall the the graphics drivers as the GPU part of those chips is rather different. You could just try changing the resolution in Windows but I'd reinstall the drivers either way.

Whoops I missed that you had a GTX 1050...

Ensure Monitor is plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard.

Go into nvidia settings and set resolution to whatever is native to your monitor

Update ALL your drivers (Control panel>Sytem and Security>System>Display adapters> Right click the APU and update drivers.) If that doesn't work try upping the resolution
