Display settings help

So I need some help, so lately Ive been trying to put my 144 hz monitor as my first monitor and my 60 hz monitor as my second it wont let me do that at all and its making me mad like it keeps reading as my 60 hz monitor first then 144 hz monitor second what should I do to fix this

Monitor numbers are determined by what ports they are plugged into. If your having issues with the desktop being on the wrong sides you can fix it by either switching the cables or moving the monitors or by windows' display settings by right clicking on the desktop.
