Displaynng amharic in google chrome

hello, i can't access my language-amharic in google chrome
and it is displayed as unicode boxes
how can i set to display this language

i have choosen amharic from the language setting,
but still unicode boxes appear!

i.e.

1)Click on tool button.
2)Select options(From down Click 4th option)
(if it is other language, may be u will not get right)
3)Select Minor Tweaks tab. i.e 2nd tab
i)download location
ii)Passwords
iii)Fonts and Languages
under this there is a button named "Change font and Language Settings"
4)click "Change font and Language settings" button.
5)Select language tab at the top. (2nd tab)
6)You will find Google chrome language drop down box.
7) select your own language

ok, my language does not exist in Google chrome language drop down box.
but with the add button it(my language ) exists and i have already added it
