Question Distorted Display

Hi all,

A few days ago, after booting up my pc for the first time, colourful distorted dots covered the screen to a point that I could barely recognise the windows 10 logo on the background. Here are my specs:
Intel i3 9100F
Gtx 1060 3g
8GB DDR4 RAM
120GB SSD
550W PSU
Any help would be appreciated!

Install the nvidia drivers from the nvidia.com support homepage

Which motherboard is it?
update the BIOS within BIOS

Was windows installed with this hardware?

The MoBo is a H310MHC2. As for the bios, I literally can't navigate it since I've no idea what I'm looking at... And yes, windows 10 is pre-installed.
