[SOLVED] DIY Screen Cleaner safe?

So I came across a DIY cleaner, its 2 parts distilled water and 1 part rubbing alcohol, with a drop of soap added. Would this be safe for a monitor?

Adding soap defeats the purpose of the alcohol and distilled water.
You use the first two ingredients because they dont leave residue behind, but soap would leave a film.
