DMD ??Lines flickering, does that mean it`s dieing?

On my 88 williams the 2 right bottom #`s are flickering, is this a
sign? Or just a loose connection?

could be either/or. tube prob, tube's pcb prob, connection prob.
you just have to go over and test everything.
