Meaning as long as you have mobo that support ddr-ram, Ddd-ram will work on it doesn't matter what the CPU is. Can someone clear me on this?

are you thinking of anything specific?
a ddr mobo for a socket A cpu will take any socket a cpu
you can adjust FSB to 200 or 266 in bios, or unlock the L1 bridges and use a 200 fsb cpu at whichever you choose

No nothing in specific, i want to ask if there's such a thing as CPU don't work with DDR-RAM.

You said unlock the L1 bridges and use a 200fps cpu at whichever you chose, can't I already be able to o/c my fsb cpu without touching the L1 bridges, cause from what i read so far unlocking L1 bridges just to unlock the multiplier of CPU. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Well... here's the thing. DDR RAM is only compatible with Socket A chips and FCPGA Intel chips. So, in other words you cannot get a CPU that ISN'T compatible with DDR RAM. The P3, Duron, and Athlon (socket chips) are all compatible with DDR.
