my motherboard is micro atx whats the bet i5 or i7 i can get that wont bottleneck im aware i will have to buy a new motherboard

No I5 or I7 can be put on that MB, also ram can be incompatible. I recommend Ryzen 1200/B350 MB/8 gb 3000+ MHz ram for ~$230 and you will not feel any bottlenecks for 1080p gaming
