Solution
The 750w NVidia recommendation is based on using a 10900k. I’m currently running a Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC and 3700x with a Seasonic Prime Ultra Platinum 650w with zero issues. Under stress testing the peak I have detected at the wall is 546w. However I know people do have issues with 750 or 850w PSU’s on RTX cards. From what I read it’s not an issue with the wattage but the transient response performance of the psu but I’m no expert for PSU’s.
