Since that doesn't make any sense, i'll just answer the question in the title. The wattage is less important than the quality of the PSU, a good 500W PSU may be enough for mining on RTX3060 and RTX3070 if they're undervolted but there's very few good 500W PSUs so the answer is likely no, you'll need 650W (again, good) one but a good 550W might be okay too. If you want some specific recomendations then you need to provide links for your local online stores or at least tell us where you are from.

I tried hard to make some sense out of that gibberish and here's what I've understood:
There are two different concepts that I believe are questions or resemble them
First: can you power both a RTX 3060 and a GTX 1060 with a 500W power supply that has two 8-pin aux power connectors?
Second: would a 650W power supply be enough to power a 3070 paired with a 3060 using 6 to 8 pin adapters?

That's all. I think y'all know what I'm thinking and where this is going... yes Rico, kaboom.

I'm thinking the idea behind something like that would end up in the making of one of those ghetto frankenstein computers where an adapter is wired to another two and everything goes into a couple of disassembled power supplies with cables hanging all over the place and all it takes is your mom to turn on a hair dryer on the other side of the house to create a surge that fries everything on your... well, whatever those things could be called. I highly doubt midrange or at least acceptable power supplies would be involved in such a project.

A 500w supply does not meet the requirements for even a single rtx 3060. I would suggest moving to something in the 750-800w gold rating size for 24/7 dual gpu use.

No such thing as a psu being too large. OP could use an 1600w psu and still be happy. A psu doesn't deliver its rated wattage, it only delivers its demanded wattage.

And what's the mining demand % on a gpu? Undervolting doesn't do all that much on a single card, even dual cards. So the only real recommendation is taking full possible power use of the entire pc.

Do your own math, add up the components. That'll give max power draw for all components ± running at 100%. Then move upto the next decent psu rating. That puts usage at higher efficiency, better temp regulation. Also consider the amount of pcie connections required, if needing 4x 6pin and 2x 8pin, you'll not get that out of a 550w psu no matter what.

Max load plus 20% has always been the minimum rule I've followed...no way a 500-550w psu regardless of rating should be used for a dual gpu 24/7 load.

nVidia themselves recommends a minimum 550w supply for a single 3060.

No such thing as a psu being too large. OP could use an 1600w psu and still be happy. A psu doesn't deliver its rated wattage, it only delivers its demanded wattage.

While I can't say that you're wrong, I am not someone that likes going too much on the PSU. Better save the money for something else if you don't need it.

With that being said though, we don't know what the OP really asked, so I assumed that he meant a single 3060, and I don't even know what "dual mining" means.
