Question Do I need a 6 pin connector to power an RX 6500 XT or can it get power from the PCIe bay?

This is my first time swapping a graphics card, my previous card was an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 and my new card is an AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT and I read somewhere that it could draw 75W from the PCIe Bay but when I powered it on after installation there was a red light above the 6 pin slot and nothing was on the monitor, I also bought my PC prebuilt from Amazon because it was cheaper and I think it has a SATA cord but no 6 pin that I saw.

If there are power-connectors, then they MUST be used ( does not matter, which connectors).

If the PSU don't have a PCI-e connector than it's low wattage or junk. What's the brand and model of the PSU?
