Hi i moved in romania and i hace a internet speed of 1000 mb, do i need an netowrk card to my pc,because i feel the game get laggy and have a lot of ping

Do you have a 10/100 network card, or gigabit? Are you directly wired to the router?

No i conect the lan cable from the router to my mother board directly

Unless there's a driver issue, it looks like it isn't on your end. Have you tried running a speed test and seeing what your speed and latency are to local servers? You may be playing on overseas servers, causing lag.
