Do I need a new Psu?

I'll be upgrading my 6 year old computer and this is what I have so far:

Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz LGA 1155 77W
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3
evga gtx 560 ti
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive (Perpendicular Recording Technology)
CORSAIR HX Series CMPSU-520HX 520W ATX12V v2.2 and EPS12V 2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified

I was going to use the PSU and HDD from my old computer. Should I get a new PSU or is this one fine?

Your PSU is that Corsair? If so, it should be fine. But I'd probably crack open the top and check that the capacitors aren't leaking or swollen before hooking up a 6 year old PSU. (be careful, you can get shocked if you poke around inside, just look)

560 TI aren't often a great value right now. If you can get a 7850 or GTX660 for what you are paying, I would do that instead.

Yea its corsair. I got the 560 ti like 2 weeks ago for $130 AR from a slickdeals thread that I saw. Then this week I'm seeing the GTX 670 for like $305 with two free games and 660 ti for $250. Kinda sucks, should I try selling the 560ti and get something else or just stick with it? I'm not a huge computer gamer, just playing LoL now and will be getting Far Cry 3 when finals are over. Oh, and thanks for the reply btw.

Sell the 560Ti if you can and get the GTX 670, or you could stick with it if it doesn't sell

You won't do better than the 560 Ti for $130. It's better than the 650 Ti and 7770. I just always see people paying $180 for a 560 Ti and that's 7850 money.
