Btw when morning we have 228v at afternoon we have 225v at evening we have 234 v.Will this voltage can affect my psu or not?
A reduction of AC voltage (Sag/Under-voltage) could be caused by equipment like air conditioning units or motors inside industrial facilities.
It is like when you are taking a shower and others is your household turn all the water in other areas. The water probably run colder or warmer and the water pressure drops.

In the other hand, over-voltage or swell can be dangerous for PSU, UPS, lights, charging transformers and even electrical contacts...etc.. Over-voltages increases heat output, which stresses devices like a PSU.

Your Seasonic PSU has a built-in safety net of +- 10-15% and it can handle AC...
An AVR offers backup power during outages, surge protection against over voltages and power spikes, etc., which could damage any PSU.

If you live in an area with constant power outages and AVR could protect your system.
nope in my country we dont have power outage unless its storming.Do you think i need an avr? Or i just put surge protector?

If you electricity current is unstable I would recommend either a voltage regulator/stabilizer with built-in step up and down voltage transformer (500-600W) or a UPS that is able to adjust voltage using an inverter first before using battery power.

If the incoming power is constantly in an over-voltage condition or under-voltage , then the utility power to your house may need correction.
