do i need new thermal paste for my i5 6500?

Just ordered the i5 6500, do i need to apply thermal paste or the cooler has its own applied
and is it enough thermal paste so that i shouldn't be worried about it.

The included cooler already has paste pre applied.
Its perfectly fine , no need to remove it or reapply any more

Yep, as madmatt said, thermal paste on stock heatsink is fine.
