Question do i need sli bridge?

Do i need a slibridge? Gigabytes websites are saying "4-Way CrossFire/ SLI Support ".

Yes, you need the bridge, if you want to go SLI, assuming BOTH the GPU models are exact same. That's a board feature though, meaning it can support 4 of these cards in SLI.

BTW, SLI is not worth the hassle these days. Not many games scale well on such a setup, and many games don't even benefit from SLI/CrossfireX. You would be much better off buying a SINGLE powerful GPU.
