Solution
I have a CX550m(2015) and it hasnt given me any trouble. Most other PSUs at that budget are low quality, but this one isnt.

The CX550 offers decent efficiency, 550w, pretty quiet operation, and is all around a great cpu for the money
I can't find information about the power delivery details of the Corsair PSU. That's a REALLY big omission on their part that I do not like.
Corsair seems to make that info hard to find for all their PSUs, even top tier ones, really annoying. But the CX450 is rated for 37.4A on the 12V rail. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/corsair-cx450-psu,5678.html

The cooler master is 42A by the way, not 43. They're looking at the 80+ White unit, not the Bronze one you seem to have found. https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/power-supplies/mwe-series/mwe-550/

Given that I can't find any good reviews of the CM, plus it only has a 3 year warranty vs 5 for the Corsair, I'd personally go with the latter.

The CM is a single rail with 43A in the 12V, so it's more than capable to handle a lot of stuff you want to cram into the PC and being a single rail, for better or for worse, it won't have any issues with power deliver to components because you chose the wrong rail. Both are 80+ Bronze, so they should behave more or less similar. As for components, both are rather low-end-ish, so I wouldn't put my hands on fire for either in terms of reliability.

IMO, if you can pay for it, get the CM MWE 550W.

Cheers!

THANKS BRO!!
