right so speed fan cant pick up any of my fans is it because my pwm hub is being powered by molex it is also connected to system fan 3 on my mobo ???? pls help

Solution
Alright your board has 5 fan headers.

2 of them are PWM(CPUFAN1/CPUFAN2) and 3 are voltage only(SYSFAN1/SYSFAN2/SYSFAN3).

Now you have the PWM hub connected to SYSFAN3 so it can not get speed control(or does not seem like it would).

I am going to recommend trying the following.
Shut down before making changes to the system
Connect the PWM hub to CPUFAN1.
Connect your CPU fan to the hubs white plug(the only 4 pin it has).
Connect all your case fans to the PWM hub.
Connect the hub to your power supply via molex or sata power.

If the cpu fan cable will not reach the hub, connect the hub to CPUFAN2 instead and connect the cpu fan to the CPUFAN1 header.

ONLY the white connector will report fan...
PWM hubs tend to get power from a molex or sata power connector to avoid overloading the motherboard header(for 2-3 normal non high performance fans a splitter should work).

Now onto your issue. These splitters and hubs can all ONLY show a single fan to the system. You have see see what port passes along fan speeds.

If you are not using a PWM port and fans speed control may not even work depending on the hub in question.

ONLY the white connector will report fan speeds from the fan hub. This means case fans will NOT show up. If this is not what you are after, You could go as far as to connect all the fans to the motherboard(but it would take very slot and the 1 would have no speed control).

In the case you would connect the front 3 120mm fans to the SYSFAN headers and the rear 140mm to the CPUFAN2(no speed control for 3 pin fans)

Let me know if this clears things up.

Solution
At the very least the cpu fan should show up when connected to the white connector. If not it may be an issue with the hub. In that case you can contact NZXT or use CPUFAN2 for the hub and connect the cpu cooler to the motherboards CPUFAN1 port.

Check the bios to see if fans are detected since Speedfan may not support every board on the market(just too many to keep up with at times).

I have ASUS STRIX X470-F Gaming ... Can u please tell me ? since i have that noctis 450 i never run my fan 🙁
