Do i need to get a even more powerful power supply

After all the the upgrading I've done to this PC i just wanna make sure the PSU is still O.K for the Job.

i saw this as one word (S12II-520) it did dawn on me that the 520 was Power so 520W no on amazon there's one for £58.99 so mine £4 cheaper
