Do i need to install intels graphics driver?

Do i need to install intels graphics driver off motherboard cd? I have a msi gtx 980 so not sure if i need to download intels graphics driver

i would install them even if you dont use it in case the gpu will have issue .

Since you have a dedicated graphics card, go into your BIOS and turn off the onboard Intel graphics. That way, Windows won't even see the onboard graphics. Of course, you then don't need to install the drivers.

I'm new to all this pc stuff Where would i find that option in the bios?

That varies from motherboard to motherboard, but it should be obvious when you find it. It will be labeled as Onboard Graphics, on Intel Graphics, probably in a section called Onboard Peripherals, or something similar. Just set it to Disabled.
