Do i need to rebuy my xbox games?

A few years ago i sold my xbox 360 and all my physical games copies, but removed the Live account from the console.
Now i want to buy an Xbox One S. Would i need to buy all my games again if i connect with the same account?

Your digitally bought games will still be yours. The physical games will have to be bought again.
