[SOLVED] Do I need to update for better performance

I have updated the motherboard bios and the performance in games is got worse do I need to update the chipset driver or anything Else to do to get the performance i had before update bios back. PS it did the videos i watch on YouTube and the streams i watch on twitch the quality on it worse

Generally BIOS updates are not going to improve performance. They are to fix bugs and stability issues.

The problem is in All games
