Do i need to upgrade my CPU?

I have an OC i5 6660k to 4.8ghz and I have gtx 1070. Should I upgrade to an i7 7770k? do you think it's worth it? I only do games. and will it make a difference in fps?

no, if you are looking for any significant difference you would need to switch to the I7 8700K or ryzen alternative as those CPU's have more cores then the 6600K

That processor OC is a very good PROC and a nice high OC, if its stable I would literally not even worry about swapping it.
if you swap it you have to do a complete reinstall of the OS.

Also you are FORCED to use Windows 10, if you have windows 7, it will not be compatible.

No I would not upgrade your CPU as it should handle all gaming and anything else that you may want to use it for.

An I5 6660k, specially an Overclocked one at 4.8ghz is sufficient for present games. I suggest you wait a while and maybe get an i7 8700K (They come with 6 cores and 12 threads instead of 4 cores and 8 threads) once it gets a bit cheaper or even wait another year, then ask the same question again.
