[SOLVED] Do you have to configure the BIOS / any settings after upgrading the cooler? (e.g Replacing the stock cooler to an AIO / better air cooler)

I'm planning to replace the stock cooler (haven't decided between AIO or air cooler yet). Do I need to tweak the BIOS / any settings after installing the new cooler?

No.

Just be sure you plug everything into the correct connections.

It would depend on how the cooler and fans in your system are controlled. If you're relying on software that takes control of the cooler and fans after the computer is booted, then you wouldn't have to worry about the bios. But if you're relying bios controlled fan and cooler curves, they would have to be re-optimized using whatever optimization routine is built into your bios.
