Do you recognize this motherboard?

Though I know a lot (which isn't immediately evident as this is my first post; I apologize if this is in the wrong section, but it seemed to fit best here), I cannot recognize this motherboard. It appears to be EVGA, but I could be wrong. The reason I want to know is it is for sale for fairly cheap and if it is worth it, I want it, so thanks in advance for your guys' help.
