Does air cooling CPU heats up GPU?

Im a huge gamer built my own system following the buying guide at https://techbuyersguru.com/2000-premium-gaming-pc-archive#2016 (September 2016 to be percise)
I put it together and I feel like the exhaust from the CPU cooler is heating up my GPU (inside pictures are

I added 2 Corsair 140 MM fans at the top (exhaust) and bottom(intake), the case came with a 200mm fan in the front (intake) and a 140 in the back (exhaust) but the card easily reaches 72-75 C during game play (Overwatch 144 fps Ultra settings). I've felt the air hitting the back of the card (near the rear of the case) and the air is very warm. Should I replace the air cooling system with either a smaller cooler or a water cooling system. I primarily use the system to play games everything from Overwatch to Fallout 4 and will be looking to go 4k in the near future (once the monitor prices drop).

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Your specs would help people to better answer your question.
For what it's worth, I found it to work the other way around. During gaming, the heat from the GPU seemed to raise the temp of the CPU. Makes sense due to heat rising.
I've built a 2 systems now and found a side fan to be the most effective way to keep the GPU cool and the knock on effect is lower temps on the CPU. I tried a bottom fan and it had next to no difference.
Your temps are fine for the GPU, but if you are anything like me, lower is better.
There may be other means of reducing temps via custom fan curves for GPU/and or/CPU and undervolting.
I undervolted both my CPU (6600k @ 4.3) and GPU Strix rx480 @ 1310 and this made a good difference in temps for both.

In the top line of the post I included a link to the website that I used to base my decisions on including the month that i used (September) The case is a Phanteks Pro and it does not have a side fan location.
