Does anybody know...

NCIX in B.C. ships anywhere, MemoryExpress in Alberta is reasonable for some stuff, but not sure what their shipping situation is. I'm tired and nothing else is coming to mind at the moment.

any good canadian sites to buy new computer parts?
Thanks
I buy most of my stuff from NCIX, as xaat_kil mentioned. Here are a couple more good ones:

Direct Canada

Canada Computers

Keep in mind that where you live, in relation to where the etailer is based, makes a big difference. i.e. I live in Ontario... and when i order from NCIX(BC), i only have to pay GST....no PST...meaning only 6%. If i buy from Canada Computers(Toronto), which is generally cheaper than NCIX, i have to pay GST+PST=14%. If it's an expensive item(s), Canada Computers has to be a fair bit cheaper to offset the extra 8%(PST). For me, the shipping charges, from the above mentioned, are all ~the same. GL :)

Xoxide ships to Canada as well, cheap hsfs, lots of modding gear.
Good recommendation...the scary thing is that we(Canadians) have to be careful of the shipping fees, and sometimes they tack duty onto it...not to mention the dollar conversion. It's almost not worth ordering from the States, unless there's a really big price difference. Graphics cards are quite a bit cheaper there. I nearly bought a CPU from ZZF ~2 years ago(when they used to ship to Canada), and the shipping was going to be almost $60. 8O No thanks.

its lame and i agree with everything said. Worst thing in canada is the rediculous price we pay for ram. Its 50% more here for the same sticks.

It would be worth it to you to make friends with someone in this forum from the states and have them buy stuff from newegg, and ship it to you. Then pay him back over paypal. It works, and is largely successful, of course make sure you can trust the person. Paypal also charges the reciever a conversion fee, something like 1.5% of the total. Keep that in mind if you do this, as you will have to send 1.5% extra to cover the difference.

Lastly, have him ship it with a value less than 5.00 so you dont get stuck with *breathes deeply* tariffs (wtf happend to nafta anyway?).

I pretty much hate taxes more than banks and insurance companies combined, so the more we evade them the better!

haha, anyway, if you live in alberta like me, you can check out memoryexpress, in store they will match online canadian sites, so that would be the best way to go.

Really? What happened to all this free trade and stuff the politicians were babbling about? Really I thought that we had done away with adding "Duty" fees to Canada and Mexico.... Xoxide gets a thumbs up from me, every time I have ordered from them I have had it here sooner than expected....of course if they had a store front I could just drive up and get the stuff

Yea, you can also add:

Tiger Direct

Sometime they have pretty good deals on some stuff. Have a few stores located in the Toronto area.I was reluctant to suggest TD, due to their damn MIR's. :x
