I've found this picture on the internet but can't find how to do it anywhere. Does anyone know how to do it?

What i mean is theese black boxes with text. It really solves my problem with files everywhere.

I've already bought it. I like it that much. I only got one question about it. If you know anything with the program.
When i have multiply screens set up. Do i really have to drag from one screen to another? Is there a way i can disable fences on multiply screens?

i am afraid i used only the trial version on single monitor.
