So I'm trying to troubleshoot my PC right now, and it says to listen to the motherboard or BIOS beeps? Where would the beeps come from, and when would they happen when I turn on my PC? I'm having random black screens while using my PC for 10-30 minutes, that's why I'm trying to troubleshoot. BTW my monitor doesn't support audio, should I just plugin speakers to the PC?

Solution
You are not getting dump files because the system is not generating a bug check(Normally you should get a blue screen at this point, but you seem to just get a black screen) it is hard locking(thus no log written).

When this happens, does audio keep playing or loop?

We do not have much we can do aside of what has been done(check temps, try an older driver, check for bug checks/ect).

I still think a local shop or a friends place is a better option than RMAing 2 good parts to fine one bad part(3 things sent back).

EDIT.

And for future reference you can take screen shots with the print screen(prt scr on some keyboards. Hold ALT will capture just the currently active window) button on the keyboard. then you can paste this image into...
My BIOS is update 2601, newest one was released on the 24th (the exact day I built my PC) and it was built for system stability. Could this be it? I've seen how to do it, but if my PC crashes during it, it'll make matters worst of HAVING to RMA.

Ok, I haven't tried Mobo speaker, I'll try one RAM stick, and when I was installing windows, it was also black screening and it was hard to get it installed, that's why I'm afraid of doing it again?

The idea of trying one RAM stick is to identify if one is faulty. Rotate between all of them so that you test the system with each stick of RAM in alone.

A motherboard speaker would really help. They are so cheap and could give some useful information.

I am kind of on the edge of this because every time I have ever had bad memory I got a bugcheck(blue screen and all its fun).

Shame the board does not seem to have a diagnostic led display(does the same as a speaker, but gives numbers instead of beeps).

How are you with DIY(you would need the right type of plug), even an old stereo speaker could work if you think beep codes are happening. Again, Unless you are getting heat or surge protect or something else, I have never heard a system beep on a hard lock.

It sucks that you do not have access to some more systems to test with because RMA of perfectly good parts does not sound great either.

I was referring to boards that have power surge protection built in. Those may restart the system, but they also display a message on the next post.

Normally a surge protector connects to the wall and then has outlets for all your devices(I do not think this is an issue that would cause black screens.).

Didn't work. I don't think it's the driver, ok so I restarted the PC after the black screen, then it told me to choose safe mode, or start windows normally, I waited, then it black screened. Any suggestions that you think would work? Did they not look carefully at the GPU when I RMA'd it, because it came back with the same GPU, just repackaged like it was off the shelf. Respond ASAP please, my parents get more mad every time I fail to get it to work.

I have never seen drivers cause issues outside the OS and when the system is posting(showing the bios) it is not using drivers of any kind.

If you look in your manual you will see the beep codes on 2-36
It does not list shot followed by long beep.

It may not be a bad idea to press the memOK! button just to make sure your memory is running at a safe(slow) speed.

Also ensure your memory is in the right slots.
A2(second away from the cpu) for a single stick A2 and B2(second and last) for 2 sticks and well all four slots for four sticks clearly.

Take extreme care when swapping memory because your board does not seem to have support near the memory slots.

This is the problem with RMAing everything without know the cause of the problem. Without the parts to test with it is very hard to help someone online.

Did you get any reports from your RMAs did they replace parts or test and send back.

I think you have done all the internet based trouble shooting. At least a shop will have spare parts to test. It is much more easy to troubleshoot hardware in person than over the internet.

I mean your temps seem fine. You do not seem to be getting blue screens(memory errors would normally at least generate some of these) we can look at. You have RMAd all the common parts that give out.

As long as you took your time. Building a PC is not hard.

Since you get into the OS, it does not seem like any of the common build errors(memory not in tight/cpu cooler loose/standoff under board/forgot to a power connector/ect).

I know it sucks to be stuck like this. Lucky for me I have loads of spare parts so I never have to go elsewhere to troubleshoot. Instead I do the troubleshooting for others.

Hello. Well it's actually been a week since we got it fixed. When I first built it I guess I got some thermal paste in the motherboard socket. The first time we RMA'd it they didn't clean it. So we RMA'd both the CPU and motherboard. So, it could've been a defective CPU, or the motherboard because of the thermal paste, or maybe even both. But we got it all fixed now.
