I see that my motherboard only has HDMI 1.4 built-in. Does that matter, if I use a graphics card? I understand that HDMI 1.4 works fine with 1920x1080 up to 120 Hz, but I'd like to upgrade my monitor down the line or use it with the TV, so, I'd like too know, if the in-built HDMI version would matter, if I use a graphics card?

Any other thoughts on the build would also be helpful.

Also, I know that the graphics card that I picked isn't the best choice and the motherboard is an overkill, but I'm planning on going for a 2080, but not sure, if that would fit my budget.

Solution
If you are using a dGPU it doesn't matter at all. On top of that the only time you can use the motherboard HDMI is if your CPU has an iGPU. They Ryzen 3600X does not have an iGPU so that HDMI port on your motherboard is useless.

Thanks for the info! I was thinking about replacing the motherboard from the part list, but I think I'll go with it.
Thanks again! : )
