ordered one and since they don't send xp home disc i understand there is an
option for 1 time to burn a copy off the start menu. i am also told it
sometimes doesn't show up until second boot of new system.

does this disc contain drivers neccessary (for system it comes on) or do i
need to get all drivers from dell site?

thanx

It is simply a Windows XP OS CD. You may need remaining drivers from the
support site, yes.

It will likely not include all the drivers. Go to support.dell.com and put
in your Service tag. It will list all your required, current drivers.
Download them and create a CD with them.
