[SOLVED] Does card name really matter?

Looking at some of the gpus these days, is there that much of a difference in the names of the gpus? I am looking at rx 580 [PowerColor] and its 30$ cheaper than the [MSI] rx 580 card. They are both 8GB. What's the difference?

Get the MSI , better quality than PowerColor. A Sapphire would be the best.

But what is the difference between those 2,3? Arent they build with the same stuff, ans have the same clock speed on everything? What can the one offer more than the other?

Same base yes , but MSI cooling is better. Power Color and XFX 580's tend to run hotter.

And If I can ask one more thing too. What should I get, the 4GB or 8GB verion? I am not playing the latest 3AAA titles so whats the best?

i would go for the 8 GB version saves you having to upgrade it in the near future but thats just me 😁
